Serving in a fiduciary capacity to our advisors and investors, our team is dedicated to the focus of providing institutional quality investments to our advisors and investors. As deal Sponsors, our commitment remains to the deep due diligence across our three segments.

OUR REACH

Goldsher Group identifies its opportunities based on a "data-driven, people executed" model. Our team narrows its focus on areas of opportunity as identified by a myriad of trends, including but not limited to, population growth, cap rate spreads, employment growth, median income, building permits, housing supply, and more. Once the data identifies the pockets of opportunity, our team of experts verifies the accuracy of the information provided. Other factors, including land geography which is not initially modeled, are taken into consideration and added back into the model as an additional variable. We believe this proprietary model gives our group an edge.

Goldsher Group makes investments across all facets of real estate- ranging from ground development to acquisitions. Acquisitions include commercial and multi-family residential properties. Our extended team touts 40+ years in investment experience across NNN properties, ground-up hotel developments, and multifamily residential with a focus on the Midwest, Northeast and Sun Belt states. Within multifamily, our team focuses on Core-Plus, Value-Add, and Opportunistic investments within B&C neighborhoods in primary and secondary metropolitan areas.

Private Equity has remained one of the top-performing asset classes of the last two decades. Within private equity, our team has a focus on expansion equity and leveraged buy-out transactions. The extended team is involved in all parts of the negotiation- from our sourcing to closing. Through developed relationships with M&A advisors, partner-Brokers, and PE-partners, our team vets offerings in line with our criteria. Goldsher Group has a 1.3% pass rate of the selected deal flow.

Private credit has remained a growing asset class over the last decade as rules and regulations (Dodd-Frank, Glass-Steagall) across our banking system has left a void in funding for mid-size companies, allowing private credit lenders to help fill the void. Goldsher Group will typically lend to businesses greater than $20MM in EBITDA, taking on a senior-secured position with both maintenance, and incurrence covenants. Within private credit, Goldsher Group typically provides expansion and development credit to our borrowers.
