Jasdeep (Jesse) Khera is the Founder of Principal of Goldsher Group, LLC. As the founder, Mr.Khera leads fundraising, deal origination, and property development. Prior to this venture, his role was as a Vice President at a $2B private credit firm based out of New York City. Through joint-venture partnerships at his prior firm, Mr. Khera has consulted on and sold alternative investment strategies for both, Apollo and Ares Management. Mr. Khera advised over 10,000 financial advisors in the Midwest and New York City area on alternative investments. Prior to that role, he was an Advisor Consultant at the largest privately-held, $200B mutual fund firm based in Jersey City, NJ. He also has experience in actuarial-risk sales at a Fortune 500 company. In addition, Jesse is an expert real estate investor. He designed a proprietary model for identifying and valuing both urban and rural investment properties, located anywhere in the United States. Mr. Khera holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from The City College of New York. Jesse currently resides in Astoria, New York. In his spare time, he is an avid fan of reading non-fiction, boxing, chess, world war history, and his Shiba Inu, Coconut. He enjoys fishing- learned from his time in Minnesota- and golf- from his time in Georgia. He is still making an effort to earn a golf score below 100.

Peter Hansen brings in over 30 years of global entrepreneurial experience. Mr. Hansen has co-founded several businesses around the world and served as CEO of businesses in real estate & property development, technology, and private equity. Mr. Hansen also brings in a wealth of boardroom experience-- he is serving as mentor and non-executive director of several start-ups and established businesses on three different continents, bringing a global perspective to the table. Peter holds an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He was born and raised in Denmark and lived in Australia and Asia for many years. He is currently domiciled in the UK and commutes regularly between London and New York.

Kathryn Atkins is our Marketing & Communications manager. Her 10+ years of communications and marketing experience is derived from the broadcasting, academia/higher education and publishing industries. Ms. Atkins is currently a Communications Manager and writer at a New York-based publishing company.

Tammy Eisenberg is our Legal and Compliance Advisor. Ms. Eisenberg is currently the Head of Holding Company Compliance at a financial services company based in NYC. Having previously worked for world-renowned banks and financial organizations, she brings 20+ years of legal and compliance expertise to the Yieldwink platform. Ms. Eisenberg obtained her J.D. from the Widener University Commonwealth Law School.

Ruby Kaur has joined the Yieldwink and Goldsher Group team as our Strategic Growth Advisor. With 12+ years of experience in big data, real estate, finance, and technology, she brings a strong data- and technology-driven business directive to our team, with a focus on scaling business operations.

Vinod Chand is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality, food service, and commercial real estate industry. Mr. Chand’s leadership skills are supported by his multilingual skills paired with his unique talent in uniting staff under a singular vision. Mr. Chand’s portfolio includes 23 KFC franchised restaurants, 2 restaurants in mid-town Manhattan, Citi-Corp building. He has also developed two hotel properties in Manhattan, NY: a 128-room Hotel Indigo in Financial District and a 166-room Marriott hotel in Times Square, New York. He is now planning two new construction hotel properties in Long Island City, New York – a 116-room Staybridge Suites and a 104-room Wyndham Tryp. Mr. Chand holds an MBA in Business and Economics from Punjab University, India.
